Neuroinclusion
in the
Workplace
A Neuroinclusive workplace is a catalyst for innovation and productivity. Embracing diverse cognitive styles gives teams the tools and communication strategies to identify and solve problems faster, while fostering a culture of mutual respect allows individuals and teams to tackle obstacles with creativity and innovation, confident in knowing they will be supported.

Music provides a powerful lens through which to understand and support cognitive differences. It can reveal hidden strengths, identify barriers, and offers tools to harmonise differences - both metaphorically and literally.
From rhythm-based teamwork exercises, to diaphragm use, projection, and confidence in public speaking, to creative exploration of melodies with a Piano and Guitar, Music offers a broad spectrum of tools to better understand ourselves and each other.
